What Happens in a Follow-Up Session?


1. Check-In & Progress Review
We begin by talking through your experience since the initial consultation. What’s improved? What still feels off? We’ll celebrate your wins, reflect on any challenges, and adjust the plan accordingly.


2. Dosha Reassessment
Your Doshas can shift in response to diet, stress, sleep, and environmental changes. We’ll reassess any imbalances and update your recommendations based on where your body and mind are today.


3. Refined Support Plan
Your wellness protocol may evolve to include:

  • New dietary adjustments as your digestion or routine shifts
  • Modified herbal or lifestyle recommendations
  • Seasonal tips to stay in rhythm with nature
  • Additional therapies like guided breathwork, sound, or aroma practices

4. Continued Guidance & Accountability
You’re not doing this alone. These sessions are a space to ask questions, stay inspired, and receive personalized guidance as you integrate Ayurvedic principles into daily life.


How Often Should I Book Follow-Ups?

It depends on your goals and current state of health. Some clients check in biweekly, others monthly, and some seasonally. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels right for you.
