What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is not based on a one pill treatment for all, but it is an individualized approach in terms of diet, exercise, digestion, routine, yoga, and meditation. It also uses herbal preparations for health, rejuvenation and purification procedure for detoxification.
What is Ojas?
In Sanskrit, Ojas means "Vigor the elixir of life." In the practice of Ayurveda, Ojas is thought to be responsible for strength, health, long-fife,vigor, vitality, immunity, mental strength, and emotional wellness. Logo inspired from the fundamentals of Ayurveda five element theory "Punchmahabhutas" - Air, Space, Fire, Water and Earth ( denotes five colors)
Ayurveda Example
Ayurvedic treatments are super diverse, but one example is of a potent herb called Turmeric. It has multiple benefits including its medicinal properties culminating in popular consumption of the “Golden Milk” in the western countries. Milk with added turmeric powder or extract is sold next to Cappuccinos as Turmeric Latte to protect and prevent from infection and provide immunity benefits.
